Compared with traditional mercury lamp, it has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. Product characteristics
1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.
2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (5mm-50mm) , the energy can be evenly irradiate to the surface of the product to be cured. When the product is used at 5mm height, the radiation energy can reach 7018mW/cm (405nm, EIT energy meter, Q21) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 6316mW/cm when using the same shift lamp bead in mass production due to the process error and other factors.
3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.
