Compared with traditional mercury lamp, R10S6XF50X400-DB06 surface light source has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. It can meet the needs of electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating, packaging and other industries. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 High Energy, uniform and stable output. Under normal working distance (10mm-30mm) , the energy can be uniformly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured. At 30MM height, the radiation energy can reach 1744mW/cm2(365nm, EIT energy meter, Q33) . The lower limit of energy is estimated to be 1569mW/cm when using the same shift lamp bead in mass production due to the process error and other factors.

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.
