Compared with traditional mercury lamp, THRAYLINE has the characteristics of low power consumption, long life, high energy, uniform and stable output, fast switch and so on. Can meet, electroacoustic curing, offset printing, special printing, product coating and other industries use demand. Different wavelength devices can be selected for different use requirements.

Product characteristics

1 Low power consumption, long service LIFE UV LED conversion efficiency than the traditional mercury lamp, and greatly increased service life.

2 High Energy, uniform and stable output, under normal working distance (10mm-30mm) , the energy can be uniformly irradiate to the surface of the articles to be cured, and the radiation energy can reach 3250mW/cm2 at 30mm height (multi-band EIT energy meter) .

3 There are many combinations of the lamp cap and the controller, one is the combination of one controller and one lamp cap, the other is the combination of one controller and two lamp caps. A variety of combinations to adapt to a variety of use needs.

4 In addition to the RAD1 controller switch, different control methods can be developed according to the different needs of customers to make the equipment more convenient to use. For example, the client station is controlled by the RAD1 controller, or by adding other control methods such as foot switch, photoelectric switch, etc.
